Job Summary
To support a growing public health initiative, the remote Program Analyst II will engage with partner organizations, coordinate training and capacity-building events, and ensure the accessibility and compliance of training materials while providing general administrative support.
Key responsibilities
- Proactively engage with state or local partner organizations to support cooperative agreement aims and document analysis
- Coordinate webinars, online trainings, and site visits, managing logistics and materials for capacity-building opportunities
- Collect and summarize information from SMEs to create educational materials for public health partners, ensuring compliance across platforms
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Health Administration, Communications, or a related field
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in program analysis, public health, healthcare, or research
- Previous experience with government procedures and guidelines
- Ability to obtain and maintain CDC Public Trust Clearance
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe and Microsoft Office Tools (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook)
