Job Summary
Assisting with the coordination and project management of funded partner activities, the full-time hybrid Program Analyst III will ensure adherence to workplans, track progress, and facilitate effective communication among team members and partners.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage funded partner activities, ensuring compliance with workplans and tracking milestones
- Participate in monitoring project progress and resolving issues, collaborating with team members for effective execution
- Support communications with funded partners, capturing notes during calls and managing follow-up requests
Required qualifications
- 4+ years of experience as a Program Analyst, preferably within a federal government agency
- Bachelor's degree in public health, business, or a related field
- Proven experience in coordinating and project managing funded partner engagements
- Strong collaborative skills with a track record of working with diverse teams
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly advanced Excel skills
