Program Analyst (P-Card Specialist)

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Analyst (Purchasing / P-Card Program Specialist focus).

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the P-Card program, ensuring compliance with policies and deadlines
• Perform audits of P-Card transactions and complete reconciliations as needed
• Update and administer training programs for P-Card holders and maintain records

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of related work experience in administrative work, procurement, or auditing
• Some college education is preferred
• Experience with federal procurement regulations is preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, and Adobe
• Must meet customer security requirements, including a background check by Federal Authorities
