Program Analyst - Real Property

Job Summary

Program Analyst - Real Property, this is a full-time remote position where the individual will serve as a subject matter expert for DoD Real Property systems, performing data entry, quality control, and supporting audit readiness initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the subject matter expert for assigned Real Property systems of record
• Perform data entry, quality control, and reporting within assigned systems
• Prepare and maintain asset documentation and support audit readiness reviews

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with DoD Real Property systems within the last 24 months
• Deep proficiency in all underlying modules of the assigned system
• Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office and database management tools
• Familiarity with DoD Real Property management practices and audit standards (GAAS)
• IAT Level I professional certification
