Program Analyst Technical Writer
Job Summary
To support the Marine Corps Facility-Related Control System (FRCS) program, the full-time remote Program Analyst Technical Writer will provide program analysis and advisory support, develop documentation, and conduct data analysis to enhance program effectiveness and alignment with Marine Corps objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide program analyst support for the Marine Corps FRCS program, including developing and maintaining program plans and documentation
- Draft, edit, and prepare official Marine Corps FRCS program documentation, including SOP updates and leadership briefs
- Conduct data analysis across the FRCS portfolio, producing execution metrics and decision briefs for leadership
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field (Cyber Security, Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Systems)
- 2 years of experience in Cyber Security technical writing within a program analyst environment
- Demonstrated experience in technical writing for Federal Government and Marine Corps Facilities programs
- Familiarity with FRCS or Operational Technology (OT) documentation and standards
- Proficiency with Microsoft tools, including MS Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
