Program and Market Analyst
Job Summary
To support data-driven decision-making for a commercial, industrial, and agricultural energy efficiency program, the full-time remote Program and Market Analyst will gather data, produce insights, and collaborate with internal teams to analyze program performance and market conditions.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain dashboards and datasets tracking project activity, savings, and incentive spend
- Develop reports on program characteristics, penetration, and market insights for stakeholders
- Interpret program data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, economics, data analytics, engineering, or a related field, or a graduate degree with 5+ years of relevant experience
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Proficiency in MS Office, SQL, and data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau
- Ability to work independently on complex projects and manage multiple priorities
- Based in Oregon preferred
