Program Assistant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Assistant to support the delivery of culturally responsive, trauma-informed services to patients at a treatment center for immigrant survivors of torture and other human rights violations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in meeting the medical, mental health, social, and legal needs of immigrant survivors of human rights violations
• Support the implementation of new health education services and peer-support models through project management and stakeholder coordination
• Provide administrative support to program and clinical staff, including budget tracking and database maintenance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor of Arts or Science
• Experience with data management and analysis
• Experience with project development and management
• Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite
• Experience in human rights, global health, immigration, or human services
