Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Assistant to provide operational and administrative support to its Partnerships department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as data management, scheduling, and preparing for meetings and events
  • Support the recruitment, vetting, and onboarding of new nonprofit partners
  • Conduct research related to priority issue areas and attend webinars and coalition calls
Required Qualifications
  • 1+ year of experience in a nonprofit setting, including internships
  • Some experience with voting rights, immigration, or legal advocacy work preferred
  • Proficient in Google Suite and familiar with social media platforms
  • Comfortable using and learning new technology
  • Commitment to equity and inclusion, with an understanding of diverse identities and their intersection with the legal system
