Job Summary

Providing comprehensive administrative and logistical support, the full-time temporary Program Assistant - GA Licensed will assist the Office of the Vice President for Peace Program with project management, meeting coordination, and financial documentation while working a flexible schedule that includes remote work options.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage administrative tasks for various peace programs including scheduling, logistics, and note-taking for meetings and events
  • Support financial processes by processing contracts, expense reports, and drafting budgets and donor reports
  • Conduct research and write briefs on relevant topics for the Office of the Vice President
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or high school diploma with five years of administrative experience
  • Proficiency in personal computer software applications
  • Ability to work in a flexible schedule and commute to Emory University as needed
  • Residency in the state of Georgia
