Program Associate

Job Summary

Supporting the design and delivery of global capacity-building programs, the full-time remote Program Associate will implement training initiatives, manage logistics, and create engaging content to enhance participatory democracy efforts worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and develop support program activities, integrating resources and tools into training programs
• Create multimedia content for online courses and resource materials, adapting content on participatory democracy
• Manage participant engagement and track program progress using project and data management tools

Required qualifications

• Three years of relevant experience in program support, training, or community engagement for nonprofit organizations
• Demonstrated experience in participatory democracy, civic engagement, or community empowerment
• Experience with instructional design and online facilitation
• Proficiency in English with strong writing and communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and proficiency with Google Workspace products
