Program Associate, Entrepreneurial Ecosystems

Job Summary

Supporting a portfolio of Kiva Hub partners, the full-time remote Program Associate, Entrepreneurial Ecosystems & Operations will manage partner relationships, oversee loan application processes, and implement operational improvements to enhance the borrower and partner experience.

Key responsibilities:

• Onboard, train, and support Kiva Hub partners while monitoring their performance and portfolio health
• Review and underwrite loan applications, assist borrowers throughout the funding process, and manage repayment performance
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and user experiences

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
• 2-4 years of relevant experience in program management, operations, or community development
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects
• Experience working independently in a remote team environment
