Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality online instruction and foster a supportive learning environment for adult learners
• Develop and improve courses and teaching practices in collaboration with instructional designers and other experts
• Oversee curriculum and collaborate with student support departments to enhance student success

Required Qualifications

• Earned terminal degree in a discipline aligned with the academic program or equivalent professional experience
• At least 3 years of graduate-level teaching experience
• Experience with curriculum development and assessment strategies in virtual environments
• Demonstrated ability to lead programmatic initiatives and mentor faculty
