Program Chair in Financial Operations

Job Summary

To enhance student learning and success, the full-time salaried Program Chair in Financial Operations will teach asynchronous undergraduate and graduate courses, lead program and course development, and supervise associate faculty in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality online instruction and foster an inclusive learning environment for adult learners
• Develop and improve course materials and innovative teaching practices in collaboration with instructional designers
• Participate in departmental governance and support continuous improvement efforts for student success initiatives

Required qualifications

• Earned terminal degree (CPA) in a relevant discipline, with applied professional experience preferred
• Three years of online teaching experience, including curriculum development and assessment strategies
• Three to five years of practical professional work experience in a relevant field
• Experience working with adult, non-traditional learners is preferred
• Three years of undergraduate teaching experience in Health Psychology is preferred
