Job Summary

A company is looking for a 2026 Program Communications Deputy Director.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with communication partners to create and manage Calls to Action for mobilizers
• Maintain detailed state plans and schedule Calls to Action in the Empower App
• Serve as the primary point of contact for external communications partners and ensure timely payment for mobilizers

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in progressive campaigns and organizing
• Experience managing political relationships and building trust with state partners
• Demonstrated ability to learn new political technology, preferably the Empower App
• Strong management experience with a focus on building a positive team culture
• Reliable access to a phone, laptop, and WiFi, with U.S. work authorization
