Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Program Compliance Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage compliance cases, ensuring all issues are documented, tracked, and resolved promptly
• Act as a compliance point of contact for clients and agencies, providing support and updates
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional compliance services

Required Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service and support experience, preferably in a software application environment
• 1+ years of experience in compliance or fraud investigations, particularly in performance marketing, is a plus
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Business, Marketing, Law, or a related field is preferred
• Extremely detail-oriented and able to multitask under pressure
• Team player with the ability to work independently and motivate oneself
