Program Compliance Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Program Readiness & Compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead new program development and ensure compliance with state and accreditor requirements
• Maintain a compliance matrix and manage timelines for program reviews and renewals
• Act as a liaison between internal teams to enhance program quality and compliance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Public Administration, Regulatory Affairs, or related field; Master's preferred
• 4 - 6 years of experience in educator preparation, program implementation, or regulatory compliance
• Strong knowledge of educator preparation program requirements and accreditation standards
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools preferred
• Formal project management training or familiarity with project tracking tools is a plus
