Program Compliance Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Program Compliance Manager to support compliance efforts and ensure adherence to advertising regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage compliance cases, documenting and tracking issues to resolution
• Act as a compliance contact for clients and agencies, providing support and updates
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver compliance services and assist in strategic initiatives

Required Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service and support experience, preferably in a software application environment
• 1+ years of experience in compliance or fraud investigations, particularly in performance marketing
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Business, Marketing, Law, or a related field
• Extremely detail-oriented with the ability to multitask under pressure
• Team player with the capability to work independently
