Program Contracts Manager

Job Summary

To support the expansion of a U.S. Marine Corps program, the remote Program Contracts Manager will manage contract operations, subcontract administration, and milestone acceptance while ensuring alignment of deliverables and compliance within a major U.S. defense program.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of contracts and subcontracts, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating agreements
• Develop and manage milestone tracking and contract execution artifacts, ensuring readiness for invoicing
• Design scalable contract operations processes, templates, and governance standards to improve execution discipline

Required qualifications

• Experience administering and negotiating contracts and subcontracts in a U.S. defense contracting environment
• Experience drafting and redlining contract language
• Experience translating prime contract requirements into subcontract flow-downs
• Experience supporting milestone-based deliverables and contract execution
• US Citizen
