Program Contracts Manager

Job Summary

Owning the contract operations for a major U.S. defense program, the full-time remote Program Contracts Manager will manage the lifecycle of contracts and subcontracts, ensure milestone and invoice readiness, and build scalable contract operations to support effective program execution.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of contracts and subcontracts, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating agreements
• Develop and manage milestone tracking and contract execution artifacts, ensuring readiness for invoicing
• Design templates and governance processes to improve contract operations and documentation standards

Required qualifications

• Experience administering and negotiating contracts and subcontracts in a U.S. defense contracting environment
• Experience drafting and negotiating contract language and translating prime contract requirements into subcontract flow-downs
• Experience supporting milestone-based deliverables and contract execution
• Ability to operate independently within a matrixed organization
• U.S. Citizen
