Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Control Analyst 3 to support program setup and execution while ensuring financial performance and effective program control.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and monitor cost control systems, ensuring compliance with cost and schedule requirements
• Support audits and reviews, providing fact-finding and negotiation assistance
• Perform Earned Value Metric (EVM) tasks, including budget baseline development and cost risk analysis

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 6+ years of professional experience, or Master's degree with 4+ years of experience
• Consideration for an additional 4+ years of experience in lieu of a degree
• Experience in Earned Value Management (EVM)
• Experience with financial analysis or reporting
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Costpoint
