Program Control Analyst

Job Summary

Program Control Analyst, a full-time remote position responsible for providing financial and program management analysis to support federal projects, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance monitoring.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed financial analysis to support program management decisions and ensure accurate financial reporting
• Develop and maintain program budgets, providing monthly reporting on financial performance
• Collaborate with program managers to review program performance and identify areas for improvement

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus
• Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in program control, financial analysis, or related roles
• Strong understanding of project management principles and financial concepts
• Proficiency in financial planning and analysis, including budgeting and forecasting
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software applications
