Program Control Analyst

Job Summary

Program Control Analyst, this full-time remote position involves supporting federal projects through financial and program management analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Support monthly financial planning, forecasting, and variance analysis activities across assigned programs
• Prepare recurring financial reports and ad hoc analyses for program managers and leadership
• Monitor program performance against budget, forecast, and contractual requirements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
• 0-2 years of experience in program control, financial analysis, accounting, or related roles
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas and data analysis
• Willingness to learn government contracting and program finance concepts
• Exposure to government contracting, ERP systems, or project-based financial environments is preferred
