Program Control Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the financial and operational success of projects, the remote Program Control Analyst will manage project planning, forecasting, cost management, and performance reporting while collaborating with Project Managers and Finance teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Program Controls function through analyses, reporting activities, and Unanet system administration
• Establish and maintain project records, task codes, and funding structures within Unanet, while partnering with Project Managers on cost and revenue forecasting
• Prepare and submit timely financial and operational reports for internal stakeholders and government clients

Required Qualifications

• U.S. Citizen or authorized to work in the U.S., eligible for a Public Trust background investigation
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline
• Minimum of five years of experience in program controls, project financial management, or government contracting
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including financial modeling and data analysis
• Experience with Unanet ERP/project management software preferred
