Program Control Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Control Specialist (Remote/Part-Time).

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, update, and review contract funding and financial data within the accounting ERP system
• Assist with the preparation of monthly financial and program status reports and review invoices
• Support subcontractor management activities, including funding tracking and invoicing

Required Qualifications

• 3 years' experience with a Bachelor's Degree or 7 years of relevant experience
• Experience with Jamis Prime or similar accounting software
• Experience supporting DoD or federal government contracts
• Working knowledge of FAR/DFAR, CAS, DCMA/DCAA, and basic estimating methodologies
• Ability to work part-time, averaging 25 hours per week based in the EST time zone
