Job Summary
To support a dynamic portfolio of programs serving DoD, NASA, and commercial customers, the remote Program Controls Analyst will ensure cost-schedule integration, effective program planning, and disciplined execution while interfacing with corporate finance to align program-level financial performance with business objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and analyze time-phased cost baselines, actuals, and forecasts in alignment with program schedules
- Support the development of Performance Measurement Baselines (PMB) and facilitate Integrated Baseline Reviews (IBRs) tailored to contract types
- Prepare and analyze program performance metrics, including variance analysis and Estimate at Completion (EAC)
Required qualifications
- Two or more years of experience in program controls, cost analysis, or financial planning within aerospace or defense environments
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field
- Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) principles and ANSI/EIA-748 compliance
- Familiarity with corporate finance planning cycles, budgeting, and forecasting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and cost reporting tools
