Program Controls Analyst
Job Summary
To support the financial operations of government contracts, the full-time remote Program Controls Analyst IV will conduct financial analysis, maintain budget reports, and ensure compliance with accounting principles while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities:
- Conduct financial analysis and forecasting to support decision-making and track project profitability
- Maintain monthly budget vs. actual analysis and communicate risks related to cost overruns or under spending
- Monitor program costs and perform variance analysis, ensuring alignment with contract requirements and company policies
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
- 8-10 years of experience in project controls or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- US Citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a DOD secret security clearance
- Experience in WIP Accounting and Production Inventory Accounting
- Knowledge of government contract financials and the Defense industry
