Program Controls Consultant
Job Summary
To optimize project performance tracking for critical data center construction projects, the full-time Program Controls Consultant will manage cost and schedule performance, develop KPI frameworks, and collaborate with stakeholders, all while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Support the development and implementation of KPI frameworks to measure project and program performance
- Consolidate and analyze program performance data, establishing baseline metrics and trends
- Prepare executive-level reports and presentations summarizing findings, trends, risks, and recommendations
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Project Management, Data Analytics, Business, or a related field
- 3+ years of consulting experience within the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry
- Experience supporting capital projects, capital programs, infrastructure, or real estate portfolios
- Knowledge of program controls disciplines including scheduling, cost management, and performance reporting
- Experience developing KPIs, dashboards, and performance reporting tools
