Program Controls Consultant

Job Summary

To support global projects in the real estate sector, the full-time Program Controls Consultant will organize cost and schedule performance, assess supplier performance, and develop KPI frameworks for critical data center construction projects, with the flexibility to work remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Support the development and implementation of KPI frameworks to measure project and program performance
• Consolidate and review project performance data, coordinating with on-site team members to track progress and report results
• Develop and maintain performance tracking databases, reporting tools, and prepare executive-level reports summarizing findings and recommendations

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Project Management, Data Analytics, Business, or a related field
• 3+ years of consulting experience within the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry
• Experience supporting capital projects or programs in infrastructure, construction, or real estate
• Knowledge of program controls disciplines, including scheduling, cost management, and performance reporting
• Experience developing KPIs, dashboards, and performance reporting tools
