Program Controls Consultant

Job Summary

To optimize project performance tracking for critical data center construction projects, the full-time Program Controls Consultant will consolidate and review project performance data, coordinate with on-site teams, and develop reporting tools while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Support the development and implementation of KPI frameworks to measure project and program performance
• Develop and maintain performance tracking databases and reporting tools, including dashboards and scorecards
• Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to present findings and recommendations for continuous improvement initiatives

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Project Management, Data Analytics, Business, or a related field
• 3+ years of consulting experience within the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry
• Experience supporting capital projects, capital programs, or real estate portfolios
• Knowledge of program controls disciplines, including scheduling, cost management, and performance reporting
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience developing KPIs and performance reporting tools
