Program Controls Specialist

Job Summary

Collaborating with key leaders across various departments, the full-time remote Program Controls Specialist will manage cost control, Earned Value Management System (EVMS) compliance, financial forecasting, and overall financial execution for the Sentinel program.

Key responsibilities:

• Implement and maintain Earned Value Management
• Provide monthly variance and data analysis, along with Quarterly Estimate-at-Completion (EAC) and monthly Latest Revised Estimate (LRE) development
• Offer financial guidance to Program Managers, IPT leads, and Cost Account Managers (CAMs)

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, or an Advanced degree with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
• Experience with SAP or a similar cost accounting system
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• U.S. citizenship required due to access restrictions to financial management systems
