Program Controls Specialist

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Program Controls Specialist will manage financial planning, cost control, and reporting for the Cyber Warfare Program Directorate, ensuring alignment of cost, schedule, and performance through collaboration with Program Managers and cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop cost estimates, create budgets, and maintain spend plans and Estimate to Completes (ETCs)
• Monitor project expenses and perform financial analysis to ensure projects stay within budget
• Generate financial reports and prepare deliverables to support project control assignments

Required qualifications:

• 4-year degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, Economics, or related field (or equivalent experience) with 3-5 years of related work experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Experience with various contract types such as firm-fixed-price and cost-plus
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently or as part of a team
