Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Coordinator II.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and identify missing information on medical documentation and records
  • Coordinate activities to address client concerns efficiently and professionally
  • Maintain patient records in the CRM and ensure accuracy of information
Required Qualifications
  • High school degree or equivalent experience; 1-3 years in a medical/pharmaceutical or customer service environment preferred
  • Experience in benefits verification, insurance, or patient assistance programs is a plus
  • Strong organizational skills and data entry experience
  • Prior experience in a medical industry setting is preferred
  • Ability to work flexible hours and manage multiple tasks
