Job Summary

A company is looking for a Costco Program Coordinator to enhance satisfaction with Costco's retail program on a nationwide level.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Costco Program Manager in quoting, selling leads, and processing payments
  • Monitor and resolve Costco member escalations and validate loan terms for customers
  • Analyze program performance metrics and collaborate with internal teams to optimize processes
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in an Administrative, Program Coordination, or Project Management role
  • Previous experience in a big-box retail environment is a strong plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data
