Program Coordinator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Coordinator / Project Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage a large scale, multi-phase program for third party digital product sales and fulfillment
• Define program structure, organize workflows, and develop governance processes to support project success
• Create documentation and presentations outlining processes, status updates, and program insights

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in program coordination or 2+ years in project/program management
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data
• Proven experience coordinating large scale, cross-functional programs
• Demonstrated ability to identify process gaps and implement action plans
• Bachelor's degree required; PMP/PMI certification preferred
