Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Coordinator for West and Central Africa.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative management and support for program operations, including expense report tracking and partner coordination
  • Maintain program documentation and assist in preparing regular updates and communications
  • Support inventory planning and logistics tracking for partners, ensuring accurate records and timely deliveries


Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in administrative support or program coordination, preferably in the nonprofit sector
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Familiarity with cloud-based document management systems
  • Fluency in French and English; knowledge of Portuguese or other West and Central Africa languages is a plus
