Program Coordinator

Job Summary

To support a high-quality capstone experience for students, the part-time remote Program Coordinator will manage recruitment, relationship building, and project coordination for student capstone projects across multiple academic majors.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, recruit, and engage qualified Project Leaders to sponsor and lead student capstone projects
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective Project Leaders to ensure adequate staffing for active projects
• Serve as the primary operational point of contact for the university client, providing updates on project status and recruitment progress

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in outreach, sales, recruitment, or business development combined with project management
• Demonstrated success in a client-facing role with the ability to build trust among diverse stakeholders
• Experience in online, competency-based, or non-traditional educational environments strongly preferred
• Proficiency with digital collaboration and project management tools; ability to quickly learn and train others on new software
• Bachelor's degree; relevant experience may substitute
