Job Summary
Providing flexible operational support for the Customer Advocacy program, the remote contract Program Coordinator will manage advocacy workflows, coordinate content and assets, and conduct data management tasks including file migrations and audits.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with sourcing and maintaining the customer advocate pipeline and support 1:1 reference requests
- Coordinate the workflow for customer success stories and manage logistics for speaker and event support
- Conduct regular audits of the reference database to ensure accuracy and compliance with program standards
Required qualifications
- 2-5 years of experience in a similar role
- Proven track record in Customer Advocacy, managing workflows and sourcing advocates
- Experience with ReferenceEdge or similar CRM database management
- Strong project coordination skills and proficiency in spreadsheet tools (Excel/Google Sheets)
- Familiarity with Salesforce CRM and data quality management processes
