Program Coordinator

Job Summary

Managing the day-to-day operations of local programs, the part-time contractor Program Coordinator will facilitate patient access to medication and care, support healthcare professionals, and maintain collaborative partnerships with local organizations while working remotely from Yerevan, Armenia.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate the administration of support programs in accordance with established guidelines
• Assist the partner physician team with patient enrollment and ensure compliance with program requirements
• Communicate program progress and developments to the program officer while maintaining professional relationships with patients and stakeholders

Required qualifications

• Diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred in Social Work, Public Health, Nursing, or a related field
• Minimum one year of experience in a healthcare-related field, with experience in medicine management or supply chain preferred
• Fluent in English and Armenian; competency in Russian is a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Possess own transportation and willingness to work on weekends as needed
