Job Summary

Supporting Program Managers in business execution, the full-time Program Coordinator will coordinate subcontractors for service and installation jobs, provide administrative support, and ensure compliance with company guidelines and regulations.

Key responsibilities
  • Coordinate service dispatch and customer communication regarding service call progress and invoicing
  • Manage subcontractor maintenance, including setup, updates, and communication with potential subcontractors
  • Organize project administration tasks, including scheduling, contract documents, and change order requests
Required qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED
  • 4-6 years of relevant work experience
  • Strong customer service skills with internal and external stakeholders
  • Proficiency in business tools such as Email, Word, and Excel
  • Ability to understand and adhere to company policies and applicable laws
