Program Coordinator

Job Summary

To support the Abdominal Imaging Diagnostic MRI Clinic Program, the full-time salaried Program Coordinator will oversee program operations, manage faculty practice and financial activities, and optimize clinic workflows while collaborating closely with departmental leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Manage faculty practice operations and coordinate clinical meetings to enhance workflow and productivity
• Produce financial reports, assist with budget development, and perform variance analysis
• Act as a liaison among faculty, staff, and leadership to implement quality improvement initiatives and ensure operational efficiency

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field; master's degree preferred
• Three years of project or program coordination experience, or one year with a master's degree
• Five years of administrative experience, including two years in a supervisory role within a patient care environment preferred
