Job Summary
Coordinating the new hire program for National Commercial Services, the full-time remote Program Coordinator will manage complex projects, support program development, and ensure effective communication among stakeholders to enhance the new hire experience.
Key responsibilities
- Support the planning and coordination of the new hire program with multiple stakeholders
- Provide administrative support for program design and revisions to meet evolving needs
- Act as a liaison among new hires, field leaders, and IT partners to ensure a seamless onboarding experience
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 3-5 years of directly related experience in coordinating complex projects
- Knowledge of current technologies and methodologies for effective project communication
- Experience with title insurance transactions preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
