Job Summary

Coordinating the new hire program for National Commercial Services, the full-time remote Program Coordinator will manage complex projects, support program development, and ensure effective communication among stakeholders to enhance the new hire experience.

Key responsibilities
  • Support the planning and coordination of the new hire program with multiple stakeholders
  • Provide administrative support for program design and revisions to meet evolving needs
  • Act as a liaison among new hires, field leaders, and IT partners to ensure a seamless onboarding experience
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 3-5 years of directly related experience in coordinating complex projects
  • Knowledge of current technologies and methodologies for effective project communication
  • Experience with title insurance transactions preferred
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite
