Job Summary

To support the planning and coordination of transaction management assessments, the full-time remote Program Coordinator will manage complex projects, develop infrastructure tools, and provide administrative support to ensure effective program implementation.

Key responsibilities
  • Supports the planning and coordination of transaction management field assessments involving multiple stakeholders
  • Provides administrative support for the implementation and organization of field recommendations in collaboration with leadership
  • Monitors and communicates program status to the team, ensuring alignment with expected outcomes
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 3-5 years of directly related experience, preferably in title insurance transactions
  • Successful track record of coordinating complex projects
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite
  • Knowledge of current technologies and methodologies for effective project communication
