Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Program Coordinator will execute optimized retention marketing strategies for large brands, collaborating with the Customer Success Management team to drive growth through SMS and email initiatives.

Key responsibilities
  • Deliver Attentive service offerings to drive customer value through onboarding and recurring engagements
  • Leverage platform expertise to design and build marketing tools, campaigns, and reports within the Attentive UI
  • Execute and support cross-channel marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with customer marketing goals
Required qualifications
  • 1-2 years of customer-facing experience in a Customer Success, Support, or Agency role
  • Prior experience with SaaS or E-Commerce platforms preferred
  • Familiarity with email marketing execution, including campaigns and automated journeys
  • Understanding of key metrics relevant to customer success, such as List Growth and Revenue
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
