Program Coordinator

Job Summary

To support the Empowerly Research Scholars Program, the part-time Program Coordinator will manage student and family communications, create educational content, and analyze feedback while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as a liaison between Empowerly students and families, providing support and assistance
• Create learning content such as forms, surveys, and presentations for each program cycle
• Collect and analyze feedback to develop post-mortem reports for program evaluation

Required qualifications

• U.S. citizen currently enrolled in an undergraduate program at a U.S.-based institution
• Ability to work 15-20 hours per week, including non-traditional hours
• Strong analytical skills to leverage data for informed decision-making
• Excellent time management and organizational skills to meet deadlines
• Strong emotional intelligence and ability to engage collaboratively with team members
