Job Summary
Leading administrative support for project delivery, the full-time remote Program Coordinator will manage documents, facilitate meetings, and coordinate with project team members while ensuring accuracy in record-keeping and audit processes.
Key responsibilities
- Facilitate project meetings, summarize outcomes, and track action items for follow-up
- Maintain and audit project documents and deliverables, enhancing productivity through improved scheduling processes
- Prepare onboarding materials and support the development of health and safety plans for project teams
Required qualifications
- A minimum of 10 years of project coordination or related experience
- A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent is required
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and Microsoft Teams
- Proven ability to perform advanced technical and administrative tasks with exceptional accuracy
- Experience in developing onboarding programs and processes
