Job Summary
Assisting the Program Manager and Associate Program Manager, the part-time remote Program Coordinator will manage assigned programs and initiatives, utilizing program management tools to maintain project lists, support stakeholder communication, and participate in the full lifecycle of programs.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in using program management tools to maintain project lists and measure milestones
- Support communication of program requirements to internal and external stakeholders
- Participate in managing the full lifecycle of programs from concept to execution
Required qualifications
- 5 to 8 years of related work experience preferred
- Knowledge of program and project management processes and tools
- Proficiency with software applications including Excel, MS Project, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook
- Ability to adapt to change and shift priorities to meet objectives
- Developed written and verbal communication skills
