Program Coordinator

Job Summary

To support the implementation of the Day by Day program, the remote Contractor Program Coordinator will manage patient access to information and care in Latin America, ensuring compliance, evaluating program effectiveness, and fostering key stakeholder relationships.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead the development and execution of the Day by Day program in Guatemala, Dominican Republic, and El Salvador, providing patient guidance and emotional support
• Ensure compliance and evaluation of the program in alignment with established guidelines
• Collaborate with colleagues and represent the Latin America region in communications and presentations at various events

Required qualifications:

• Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred in Social Work, Public Health, Nursing, or a related field
• Minimum one year of experience in a healthcare-related field; experience in patient education is a plus
• Proficient in MS Office Suite and comfortable using computer and phone as primary tools
• Fluent in English and local language
• Experience in database management and strong organizational skills
