Program Coordinator

Job Summary

Supporting the Elevate coaching program, the temporary remote Program Coordinator will assist in managing day-to-day operations, facilitate communication between coaches and students, and create program materials to achieve retail sales goals.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Program Manager in ensuring smooth operations and semester setup for the Elevate Coaching Program
• Collaborate to create agendas for coaching calls and manage scheduling for new coach onboarding and student consultations
• Establish and maintain digital resources, track student progress, and coordinate video testimonials for recruitment efforts

Required qualifications

• Prior experience demonstrating proficiency in organizational and communication skills
• Detail-oriented with strong editing and proofreading abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Teams and creating PowerPoint presentations
• Ability to follow through and complete projects under direction
• Sound judgment in executing core job responsibilities
