Job Summary

To support the Specialty Population Health Management team, the full-time Program Coordinator, Behavioral Health will manage the Med-Psych Management Program, ensuring high-quality support for behavioral health members while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary coordinator for the Med-Psych Management Program and provide cross-coverage for other SPHM Program Coordinators
• Generate and manage reports to track program metrics and member outcomes
• Facilitate member enrollment processes and manage high-volume inbound communications

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required
• Proficient in Google Workspace, Microsoft Excel, and data analytics tools
• Prior experience with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems
• Experience in HIPAA-compliant healthcare environments
• Strong background or interest in behavioral health preferred
