Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Coordinator, Digital Incentives to support their Canadian Sales team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate digital incentive programs and campaigns post client contract approval
  • Act as a liaison between clients and internal departments while leading meetings
  • Monitor and optimize digital incentive campaigns and develop post-program reports
Required Qualifications
  • 2-3 years of experience in a coordination/account management role supporting sales teams
  • Proficient in Excel (Vlookup & Pivots) and Microsoft Office; Salesforce experience is a plus
  • Must be fully bilingual in English and French
  • Ability to manage competing deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong interpersonal and professional skills, with the ability to work independently
